| DeltaOne Supports it's Clients: |
| DeltaOne offers technical support for
all the software we sell or create. We also provide first tier support
for the equipment we sell. Unless you have an existing maintenance
contract, support is offered Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm PST
(excluding holidays). Free technical support is given for the first 90
days on our custom software. After 90 days, you will need to purchase a support
contract or pay an hourly fee.
Technical support for hardware is provided for hardware purchased and installed by DeltaOne Software. Support will be greatly limited if hardware, used in conjunction with our software integration / programs, was not purchased and installed by DeltaOne. At that point, support will be provided at our current hourly rate. |
